Shopgracias "the App" provides Accelerated Mobile Pages & Progressive Web App "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY HAS BEEN DRAFTED AND PUBLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT 2000; THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (AMENDMENT) ACT 2008; AND THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (REASONABLE SECURITY PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA OR INFORMATION) RULES 2011. THIS PRIVACY POLICY CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, AS A USER OF THE PLATFORM AND US, AS THE OWNER OF THE PLATFORM. YOU MUST BE A NATURAL PERSON WHO IS AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Basic information: Name, email, location, address
• API Scopes:
• read_content, write_content: Read & write blog articles
• read_themes, write_themes: Read & write themes
• read_products, write_products: Read & write product & collection
• read_inventory: To show whether requested product is available or not
• read_marketing_events, write_marketing_events: Analytics

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:

• Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information.
• Information about individuals who visit your store, such as their web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies:

• Log files track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
• Web beacons, tags, and pixels are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
• We also use Google Analytics and Fullstory to track how users are interacting with the app.

II. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY SHALL BE INAPPLICABLE TOANY UNSOLICITED INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US THROUGH THE PLATFORMOR THROUGH ANY OTHER MEANS. ALL UNSOLICITED INFORMATION SHALL BEDEEMED TO BE NON-CONFIDENTIAL AND WE SHALL BE FREE TO USE AND/ ORDISCLOSE SUCH UNSOLICITED INFORMATION WITHOUT ANY LIMITATIONS. THERIGHTS AND REMEDIES AVAILABLE UNDER THIS POLICY MAY BE EXERCISED ASOFTEN AS NECESSARY AND ARE CUMULATIVE AND NOT EXCLUSIVE OF RIGHTSOR REMEDIES PROVIDED BY LAW. RIGHTS UNDER THIS POLICY MAY BE WAIVEDONLY IN WRITING. DELAY IN EXERCISING OR NON-EXERCISE OF ANY SUCHRIGHT OR REMEDY DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT RIGHT ORREMEDY, OR ANY OTHER RIGHT OR REMEDY.

VI. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy, our services and the use of it is governed by the laws of India and thecourts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes connected to ourPlatform or the services.
